Connie’s lifelong love of books and reading inspired her to complete the Creative Writing program at the University of Western Ontario in 2014. Favourite authors include Emily Giffin, Jilly Cooper, Marian Keyes, Jonathan Tropper, Helen Fielding, Liane Moriarty, Will Ferguson, Allison Pearson, Lawrence Hill and Elizabeth Gilbert. Early influences include Farley Mowat and Lucy Maud Montgomery.
Her degree in business administration and her thirty-year+ career as a CPA came in handy for her first novel, Love Ledgers.
